As a Trusted Best Partner

We have been providing customers with solutions on capitalization strategy, fund raising, and business restructuring, etc. under the motto "Staying Close as a Business Partner." since our establishment in 2000, as the entrusted management company/investment adviser of private equity fund and private debt, affiliated with Mizuho Financial Group.

With the global spread of COVID-19 and Russian invasion of Ukraine, the business environment surrounding companies is changing more drastically, and the value of risk money that can be provided by funds like us is greatly increasing. We believe the most important thing is to have a trusted relationship with top management and executives.

We have been able to amass a considerable track record of investments, which has made us highly esteemed among companies we have invested in, as well as the investors who entrust us with their assets, as a result of discussing and putting into practice management principles and concrete policies.

Now, we have changed our company name and capital structure from 2021 in order to receive fund investments from even wider group of investors, by receiving investment from new investors to diversify our shareholder base, following the recent requirement for fund managers to improve governance with fiduciary duties, etc. Going forward, we aim to further increase the quality and quantity of our work by strengthening our partnership with not only the Mizuho Financial Group, but all those involved with our work.

As an entrusted management company of three different types of investment funds—buyout funds, mezzanine funds and business succession funds–we are trying to do our best to provide a wide range of solutions based on societal needs so that we can help businesses and fulfill our responsibilities through sound investment activities while honoring the principles of fiduciary duty.
